How does too much shaft power affect the pump?

The effects of high shaft power on the pump mainly include the following aspects:

1. Increased wear and tear: 

High power will make the friction between the parts in the pump more serious, especially the impeller, bearings and other key parts, accelerating the wear and tear, shortening the service life of the pump.

2. Serious heating: 

excessive power is converted into heat energy, which increases the temperature of the pump body. Long-term high temperature may cause damage to the pump materials and parts.

3. Reduced reliability: 

easy to fail, such as seal leakage, bearing damage, etc., affecting the stable operation of the pump.

4. Increased noise: 

greater noise is generated during operation, which may disturb the surrounding environment.

5. Increased energy consumption: 

more electricity is consumed, which increases the operating cost.

6. Seal failure:
